The Invation™ Cutter is the latest cutter design from B & H Labeling Systems. Invation Cutters, which represent the next generation of cutter technology, are available options on Marathon and BH8000 labelers, and they are also offered as aftermarket upgrades for installed Marathon and BH8000 labelers. Introduction
The Invation Cutter is a new cutter design from B & H, not an old cutter design with a few upgrades. While the basic principle of operation remains the same as previous cutters, the Invation Cutter includes a wide range of new design features that make it the best performing cutter ever developed by B & H. The significant new features include twin hard anodized cutter shells, a new cutter head suspension system, a new cutter head with reduced mass, an improved vacuum distribution system and precise balance for smoother, cooler operation, even at high speeds.
DURABLE AND DEPENDABLE
Invation Cutters have been operating flawlessly in demanding production environments since late 2007. Available in two, three and four station configurations, Invation Cutters are recommended for any production environment that runs a wide variety of labels, labels with variable COF, or labels that are prone to stretching which leads to loss of registration. The Invation Cutter is a high performance component that offers the durability and dependability customers expect from B & H labelers.
