The Process

Completing a customized total financial impact analysis for parts, service and training for one or more production lines is a straightforward and easy process.

• B & H personnel do virtually all of the work.
• The process begins with a full technical audit of your labeler(s) and your production line(s), and ends with a full report and analysis, and if the customer desires, a formal proposal for B & H original parts, service and training.
• All data collected and used in the process is treated in a highly confidential manner.

The customer's role is limited to:

• Collecting and or providing necessary data from existing reports, production logs, etc.
• Providing contact names and arranging introductions to selected personnel to enable the B & H field service engineer to follow-up regarding missing data or data that needs to be collected or verified.
• Scheduling a four to eight hour plant visit for the B & H field service engineer to observe the production line and labeler in operation.
• Arranging a meeting for presentation of the final results.

The end result is a fact-based, comprehensive analysis of the total financial impact B & H parts, service and training can have on a production line that can help the customer make solid business decisions regarding their operations. For many of our customers, it is an offer they cannot refuse.
