Marathon SL Models

Marathon SL and Marathon SLA are the low to mid-speed labelers in the Marathon series. Two Marathon SL base models are currently available: the SL and the SLA. Each base model can be upgraded to a Plus (+) model by adding one or more of the over 60 Marathon Available Options.

Marathon SL and SLA labelers offer the same production speeds, the same fifteen minute size changeovers and run the same container types and sizes. Change parts on both models are fully compatible and interchangeable. The primary differences between the two models are the electronics platforms and the upper safety guarding.

The Marathon SL is an all Siemens machine, and features slide-up upper guarding safety doors and two electrical enclosures.

The Marathon SLA is an all Allen-Bradley machine, and features swing-out upper guarding safety doors, and a single electrical enclosure that can be located up to 80' (24m) away from the labeler.

Marathon SL / SLA labelers are durable and dependable, even in the most demanding production environments. They offer fifteen minute production speed to production speed size changeovers, low annual maintenance costs, and low total cost of ownership over the life of the machine.
