B & H's highly trained and experienced field service department provides technical service and training programs to our customers around the world. Our regionally based field service engineers are specialists in roll-fed and full body shrink sleeve labeling equipment, and their exclusive focus on labeling helps them provide truly superior support for our equipment and our customers.

In addition to their sole focus on labeling equipment, B & H field service engineers attend an average of two in-depth training programs per year. Our continuing training program helps insure that our technicians are updated on the latest developments and components, and the sessions provide a valuable forum for all the technicians to share their experiences with specific problem diagnosis and resolution.
