FIELD TESTED PERFORMANCE

Invation™ Stay Clean Vacuum Drums have been in use in demanding, high volume customer production environments since early 2008. The feedback from our trial customers has been unanimous and positive. Trial customers have reported routine uninterrupted runs using Stay Clean Vacuum Drums from three hours to full twelve hour shifts, and no trial customer was willing to return their Stay Clean drum at the conclusion of their in-house testing.

STAY CLEAN = FEWER STOPPAGES

Glue residue build-up is unavoidable on current vacuum drums. When glue build-up disrupts the labeling process, everything stops while the drum is cleaned.

Invation Stay Clean Vacuum Drums operate on a simple principal - If the drum stays clean, you don't have to clean it. Invation Stay Clean Vacuum Drums feature Dura-Motion™ aluminum inserts in specific positions on each vacuum drum. These inserts minimize the build-up of adhesive particles on the vacuum drum, which translates into fewer stuck labels, fewer stoppages, and longer production runs.

Invation Stay Clean Vacuum Drums also feature our new No Break-In pad finish which eliminates the break-in process for new or re-padded vacuum drums.

AFTERMARKET UPGRADE

New Invation Stay Clean Vacuum Drums are available for all installed Marathon, BH8000, BH8000S, BH8000U, and BH1600 labelers.

VACUUM DRUM CORE EXCHANGE

Existing drums for Marathon, BH8000, BH8000S, BH8000U, and BH1600 labelers may be returned to B & H and reworked as part of our Core Exchange Program. Returned drums will be reworked into the Stay Clean design. This program allows B & H to reuse your existing vacuum drum components which saves you money and helps the environment by reusing a valuable natural resource.
