Labeler Evaluation Services
B & H customers and prospective customers require professional and thorough assessments of B & H labelers for a variety of reasons. Current customers may need to improve the performance of an older labeler or they may need to assess the condition of a labeler before it is relocated to another facility. Prospective customers in the market for used B & H labelers may want to better understand the condition of a labeler before making an important purchase decision.
Whatever the reason, B & H offers Labeler Evaluation Services that can help both current customers and prospective customers.
B & H offers three Labeler Evaluation Services for B & H labelers regardless of their age, condition, model or location:
The circumstances of a labeler at the time of an evaluation dictate the most appropriate evaluation service. Audits, the most comprehensive labeler evaluation service, are performed on production labelers. Field Assessments With Power & Compressed Air are performed on out of production labelers that can be powered-up for the evaluation. Field Assessments With No Power & Compressed Air are performed on labelers in storage that cannot be powered-up for the evaluation.
Audits are the most comprehensive evaluation service because the labelers are observed and inspected in real world production conditions. Field Assessments with or without power are by definition less comprehensive than Audits because they are performed on non production labelers. While they are not as comprehensive as Audits, Field Assessments are a great investment for anyone buying, selling, or relocating a B & H labeler.
Every B & H labeler evaluation is conducted by a highly trained and experienced Field Service Engineers using a structured process that inspects and assesses up to 150 machine parts and components that impact speed, labeling quality, and machine uptime.
The Payoff
Nothing is more valuable to a production line than uptime, and nothing is more expensive to an operation than downtime. And how do you value the impact of poor quality? It's hard to estimate, but there is no question that quality is a top priority.B & H Labeler Audits and Field Assessments, combined with B & H OEM Parts and Service are a great way to maintain or increase machine speeds, increase uptime and insure top quality product coming off the end of line. They are also an investment that extends the useful life of your B & H labelers.
Well maintained B & H labelers using OEM parts last 15, 20 or even 25 years. How do we know this? Because we currently provide parts and service for B & H labelers that are up to 28 years old. We're proud of the durability of our equipment, and we take great pride in our ability to help keep our labelers running over the long haul.
