B & H field service engineers are accessible 365 / 24 / 7 through our Service Hotlines, and we provide emergency service worldwide. To request an emergency service call, please call the hotline number for your region.

Upon receiving a request for an emergency service call, our goal is to have a B & H Field Service Engineer (FSE) in your facility within 24 hours. When an FSE is assigned the call and all travel arrangements have been made, our Sales & Service Coordinator will provide the primary customer contact the name of the FSE and his or her mobile phone number. The FSE will then inform the primary customer contact with their travel arrangements, and provide an estimate of their arrival time at the facility.
