Position Description
The Mexico Outside Sales Specialist – Parts and Service is responsible for all direct sales of aftermarket parts and service for B & H Labeling Systems in Mexico, new aftermarket customer development, and customer relationship management for Mexico. This position reports to the Inside Sales Manager.
The Mexico Outside Sales Specialist – Parts and Service works out of B & H’s office located in Naucalpan, Mexico.
Responsibilities of the position include:
- Direct sales of B & H parts and service, with travel requirements up to 75%.
- Meeting and exceeding aftermarket parts and service budgeted volume and gross margin targets.
- Identifying, prioritizing and penetrating potential new or potential aftermarket accounts.
- Maintaining relationships and managing established accounts.
- Achieving or exceeding parts sales forecast.
- Writing and distributing trip reports for all sales calls in timely fashion.
- Documenting all contacts, market data and sales call activities in B & H's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent – Bachelor’s Degree Desirable
A minimum of four years customer support/technical support experience.
Ability to travel up to 75% within Mexico as well as to United States for training, sales meetings and to other cities for trade shows.
Strong oral and written communication skills and strong listening skills are required including the ability to speak and write in English and Spanish.
Must be dependable, resourceful, exhibit common sense, strong initiative and drive.
Ability to work in a matrix management organization.
Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills are required.
Honesty and ethical conduct are essential. B & H has zero tolerance for dishonest or unethical behavior.
